Our Fees
Consultation Fee:
- A detailed risk assessment, destination specific vaccine recommendations, and any travel related prescriptions you may need
- Includes injection/assessment fees for all visits related to the same trip
- If you require a series of vaccines, you will not pay injection/assessment fees for any visit related to that series
Health Assessment Fee for Vaccine-only Appointments:
- Nurse review of health and vaccine history to ensure vaccine administration is safe and appropriate
- If you require a series of vaccines, you will not pay assessment fees for any subsequent visit related to that series
- Waived for boosters or follow-up vaccines from a related consultation done at TMVC
Insurance Coverage:
- Travel medicine is considered preventive medicine and therefore not covered by the provincial Medical Services Plan
- Many extended health plans cover vaccines but, since every plan is different, we cannot advise on your coverage. You may wish to contact your plan before your appointment
Cancellation Policy:
- We require 48 hours notice of cancellation. A $25 fee for cancellations within 48 hours will apply
- No Refunds will be given for appointments that are not cancelled and not attended
